Thomas M. Topper
Thomas M. Topper, 72, of Daggett, Mi., passed away Friday Nov. 29 at home.
Born on July 3, 1941 in Detroit to the late John and Leah (Price) Topper, he married the former Catherine Kitty Cieliczka in Las Vegas, Nev. on Feb. 10, 1990. He worked as a supervisor for Rouge Steel and Ford Motor Company in Dearborn for many years.
He enjoyed playing golf and softball, singing, dancing and couldn't wait to retire and move up north where he enjoyed fishing and grouse hunting. He was known as the class clown and always enjoyed a good laugh. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Farmington, Mi.
Survivors include his wife, Kitty Topper, of Daggett; two brothers, Mike (Bonnie), of Cedar River and Bill (Andrea), of South Lyon, Mi.; two sisters, Pat (Gary) Inch, of Traverse City, Mi. and Lynn Ridge, of Howell, Mi. and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James Price Topper.
In keeping with his wishes, no services were held. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
