Marijuana Is Found In Pound Home

Execution of a search warrant Thursday, Dec. 19, at the residence of a 29-year-old male in the Village of Pound resulted in the finding of 42 marijuana plants and several thousand dollars of growing equipment.
Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve reported the search warrant was executed by the Northeast Tri County Drug Enforcement Group and resulted in an arrest. The male suspect was charged with manufacture of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and keeper of a drug house.
The name has not been released pending formal charges by the office of the District Attorney.
Agencies involved in the investigation were the Marinette County Sheriff Department, Marinette City Police, Menominee County Sheriff Department, Village of Coleman Police Depart-ment and Village of Crivitz Police Department.
