Twin City Squares Has New Years Dance
The Twin City Squares Dance Club annual New Year's Eve dance is Tuesday, Dec. 31 starting at 7 P.M. Central Time at the Menominee Township Hall, three miles north of Menominee. Turn west from US 41 on Bay de Noc Road, cross the railroad tracks and turn north on O-1 Drive for three-tenths of a mile. The hall is on the left. The caller will be Scott Campbell and there will be a pot luck supper after the dance. Members should bring whatever they would like for the supper. If the weather is too cold for square dance attire, casual dress is acceptable.
Starting on Saturday, Jan. 4 from 1 to 3 P.M., Leslie VanNover will call Plus Dances at Merryman School, Marinette, on the first Saturday of each month. The cost will be $4 per person and those attending should bring snacks to share.
The January's Club of the Month Dance will be hosted by the Kettle Squares on Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Plymouth High Cafeteria Rear Entrance, 125 S Highland Ave., Plymouth.
