Anna A. Malawka, 75 of Wallace, Mi., passed away Wednesday Jan. 22 at home.
Born Jan. 24, 1938 in Chicago to the late Peter and Anna (Hoduski) Malawka, she worked as an LPN at St. Joseph Lloyd Hospital, for Dr. Chaltry, the Luther Home and Whispering Oaks.
She loved her dogs, enjoyed growing mushrooms, the Green Bay Packers and being with her family.
She is survived by a brother, Alex Malawka, of Wallace; nieces, Michelle (Steve) Bland, of Menominee and Joan (Don) Murray, of Carney; nephews, Scott (Heidi) Malawka, of Menominee, Jerry Hoduski, of Carney and Ronald (Micki) Hoduski, of Austin, Tx; friends, Carol Thomsen, of Wallace and Kris (Holly) Thomsen, of Marinette along with many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Aldea Malawka.
Family and friends called at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 11 a.m. until time of Prayer Service at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Mellen Township Cemetery in the spring. A memorial fund has been established in her name.
