Utnehmer To Speak at Coleman Business Meet
Roger Utnehmer, president and CEO of Door County-anchored Nicolet Broadcasting, will help Coleman business leaders launch a Shop Local campaign in February.
Utnehmer, who initiated a successful Shop Local campaign in Door County, will be guest speaker at the Cougar Country Business Association's networking and annual dinner on Monday, Feb. 10th in Coleman. The Cougar Country Business Association members have the opportunity to market their local business on placemats, radio and participate in the Spring Business Showcase. They have membership and education benefits as a member of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Utnehmer has spent 22 years heading Nicolet Broadcasting, and represents Wisconsin and Iowa on the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) board of directors. He is the originator of two seminars, 99 Habits of Highly Effective Salespeople and How to Make a Radio Station Web Site the Newspaper of the Future.
A frequent speaker at broadcasting events nationwide, Utnehmer serves on the board of directors of Common Cause Wisconsin, a citizen-action group that promotes campaign finance reform and clean government, and on board of directors of the Door County YMCA.
