Library to Host Appraisal Apr. 5
The Friends of Mid County Library in Wausaukee will host an Antique and Collectible Appraisal event Saturday, April 5th from 1-4 p.m. at the Wausaukee American Legion Building.
Mark Moran will again give a presentation. He has been an antique and fine art appraiser for over 30 years, he served as a guest expert on Antiques Roadshow and in the past few years started his own mobile antiques appraisal business visiting libraries and historical societies in Wisconsin and other Midwest cities. He is the author or co-author of more than 25 books on antiques and collectibles.
This event will be limited to 40 items and those interested in having an item appraised are required to schedule a reservation with the library at 715-856-5995. The cost to have an item appraised is $15 each. Payment is required to guarantee reservation. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Wausaukee Mid-County Library. The public is invited. Light refreshments will be served.
