Mark C. Valley, 54, of Marinette, passed away Thursday, Jan. 30 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born Aug. 17, 1959, to the late Calvin and Irene (Bolen) Valley, he married the former Mary Jo Linzmeyer on Aug. 17, 1991 in Peshtigo. He was employed at Marinette Marine and enjoyed woodworking, golfing, logging, fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; a step-daughter, Nicole (Gerald) Lewis and a brother, David (JoAnn) Valley, all of Peshtigo; three sisters, Renee (Mike) Tanguay and Cara (David) Kalafut, both of Menominee and Michelle (Laurence) Cook, of Georgia; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, Feb. 2 at Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home, Peshtigo from 2 p.m. until time of services at 5 p.m. Deacon Chuck Schumacher officiated. A memorial fund has been established.
