James E. Prochaska
James E. Prochaska, 68, of Pound, passed away Thursday, Feb. 20 at Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls.
Born March 22, 1945 in Oconto, to the late Edmund and Lucille (Bouillon) Prochaska, he graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1963. After serving in the United States Army Military Police from 1965-1967, he worked for Brown County Sheriffs Department as a Sergeant Patrol Officer from 1969 until his retirement in 1997. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, target shooting and watching movies.
He is survived by two sons, Brad Prochaska and Todd Prochaska, both of Green Bay; two sisters, Nancy (Bill) Wiese, Oneida and Cindy (Tom) Miles, Green Bay; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Prochaska, Green Bay; two grandchildren; the mother of his children Karen Parr, Green Bay; many nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
