Child Development Summer Programs
Crivitz Youth Child Development Center is accepting registration for summer programs.
Summer Swim includes 12 lessons for Monday and Wednesday mornings from June 9th to July 23rd at the Marinette River Cities pool. Lessons will not be in session the week of June 30th through July 4th. CYI vehicles will leave from the parking lot at 8:30 a.m. and return at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $95 per child. Children four and older are eligible to participate. As in the past, CYI will contribute funds to underwrite the program. Enrollment closes on June 1st.
Early Elementary/Preschool summer programs for children ages 2-1/2 - 3-1/2 and 4 - 6 years old Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and after rest time June 9th through Aug. 29th. Arts and crafts, music, finger plays, and indoor and outdoor activities will be offered and four to six year olds will also go on occasional field trips. Lunch is included.
School-Age Summer Adventures goes from June 9th through Aug. 29th for children from 7 to 12 years. Activities are summer 9:15 a.m. to 11 a.m.; arts and crafts; Thursday field trips; weekly walks to the library and a summer reading program.
The Child Development Center offers year-round childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
