Gilbert B. Bengtson, Jr.
Gilbert Brian Bengtson Jr., 55, of Menominee, Mi., passed away on Saturday, May 3 at the VA Hospital in Iron Mountain, Mi.
Born Sept. 17, 1958, to Gilbert McGuire Bengtson and Barbara (Agneberg) Bengtson, he served in the United States Army. He then resided in Tempe, Az., where he worked as a dental technician before returning to Menominee.
He loved to fish, was always good for a laugh and had a kind heart.
He is survived by a brother, Craig (Maria) Bengtson, of Las Vegas, Nv.; a sister, Barbara (Jeff) Sanders, of Menominee, Mi., many uncles; aunts; nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private service will be held at a later date. Hanson Onion Martell Funeral Home is assisting the family.
