Coleman School Board June 16
Coleman--The Coleman School Board will meet on Monday, June 16 at 7 p.m. in the Board Room.
Agenda items include President's Welcome/Meeting Called to Order, roll call, consent items of agenda, minutes, vouchers payable, and financial report.
Questions from the public will be followed by reports of Principal, Superintendent, district spotlight, Building and Grounds.
Food service bid and tennis courts will be discussed and matters requiring board action include resignation of Jessica Stillings, 7th Grade Volleyball Coach, approve Aaron Destiche, Science Teacher, Teacher contracts and Extra Curricular contracts, WERMC agreement, teachers on call and AESOP, increase FTE of Guidance Counselor/District Assessment Coordinator from .06 to 1.0.
Also approve Phase II of Gym Sound System, budget revisions, donation from Cougar Community Booster Club and other hirings and resignations.
Suggested items for next meeting July 21 will be made.
A closed session as provided will follow on State Statute 19.85(1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, consideration of Administrator contract extension and Administrative and support contracts.
The Board will reconvene to open session with possible action as a result of closed .
