THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Kathryn Peterson, 37, of Manitowoc, died Tuesday, June 17 at Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Born on Aug. 20, 1976 in Lanse, MI, daughter of Susan (Eicher) Peltier Hall and the late Ronald Peltier, she grew up in Menominee, and was a 1994 graduate of Menominee High School. Following high school she joined the United States Marine Corps and was discharged in 1995. On July 4, 2008 she married Dabian Peterson at Faith Church in Manitowoc.
Survivors include her husband, Dabian Peterson, Manitowoc; a son, Devin Miller, Manitowoc; her mother and step-father, Susan (Bob) Hall, Elk Rapids, MI; two brothers, Scott (Margaret) Peltier, Whitmore Lake, MI., Mark Peltier, Traverse City, MI; two step-daughters and one son-in-law, Jamie (Ken) Harvey, Manitowoc, Bianca Peterson, Manitowoc; her mother-in-law, Mary Peterson, Amherst; one nephew, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Peltier; and her father-in-law, Gene Peterson.
A Memorial Service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 28 at Faith Church, Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Pastor Jeremy Vance will officiate with cremation having taken place. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is assisting the family with arrangements.
