Coleman School Board July 21
The regular monthly meeting of the Coleman School Board will take place Monday, July 21 at 7 p.m. in the Board Room.
The agenda includes presidents welcome and meeting called to order followed by roll call, consent items of agenda, minutes, vouchers and financial report.
Questions and comments from the public will be followed by reports of superintendent and district spotlight.
Among discussion items are teachers on call and AESOP, 5th grade field trip to Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya, August meeting date and exit interview questionnaires.
Matters requiring action are resignations from Becky Chaltry, track coach, Nicholas Winters, Class Advisor and Heather Blanchard as assistant softball coach.
Other items concern Derek Tate, Youth Apprenticeship advisor, changing weight room advisor to co-advisors, technology plan, early graduation requests, teachers on call and AESOP, lunch prices, food service management bid, accept donation of sugar maple tree from Pat Skarban and other hirings and resignations.
Items for next meeting Aug. 25 were discussed.
Closed session will follow on exit interview questionnaires.
The Board will reconvene to open session with possible action as a result of closed session.
