Athelstane Youth Gets ATV for Make-A-Wish
A 17-year-old Athelstane youth with leukemia, Charles Primakov, received his ATV wish July 30 at Pamps Outboard in Green Bay.
Make-A-Wish Wisconsin will grant him an ATV Polaris 550 at 4 p.m. The youth whos living with acute lymphoid leukemia, will pick up his new ATV Polaris 550 with power steering, charcoal metallic, trailer hitch, winch and safety helmet.
Primakow loves being outside and has been riding ATVs since he was 12, so when he qualified for a wish through Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, he decided he wanted an ATV. While at Pamps Outboard, Charles, his family and friends will celebrate with cake and refreshments before returning home.
Make-A-Wish Wisconsin grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Wishes are a special type of medicine that give children a break from doctors visits, hospital stays and treatments and provide them something positive with which to look forward.
