Joan M. (Noel) Clarke Of Watertown was reunited with her husband on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Watertown Regional Medical Center.
Joan was born October 9, 1933, to Arthur and Elsie (nee Girard) Noel in Marinette, WI. In her teenage years, she moved to Milwaukee and was a graduate of Mercy High School. On May 9, 1959, she was united in marriage to Robert D. Clarke. She was a longtime employee and retiree of the Milwaukee Public School System.
Joan is survived by her two daughters, Isabelle (Abel) Clarke Garibaldi and Nancy (Donald) Clarke-Aehl; 2 grandchildren, Kathryn (John) Ivy and Andrew (Lauren) Schmidt; 2 great-grandchildren, Rhys and Bennett Ivy and a brother, Richard (Sandra) Noel. Also survived by, Abel Michael Garibaldi and his children, Anna and Hugo and Brian (Kathryn) Garibaldi and their children, Everly and Nova; Beloved goddaughter, Denise Shannon and nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents and siblings, Irving (Josephine), Earl (Betty), Arthur (Betty), Raymond (Betty), Donald (Charmise) and Delores (Anthony).
Visitation will be at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel, 2405 W. Forest Home Ave., Milwaukee on Friday, January 11, 2019, from 12-2PM. Service at 2PM. Burial to follow. The family would like to thank Marquardt Village in Watertown, especially the staff of the Memory Care Unit and the nurses and physicians of Watertown Regional Medical Center. Krause Funeral Home of Brookfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
