Shirley A. (Kuich) Younk, 86, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019.
Born Jan. 16, 1933, to Harry and Delia (Hansen) Kuich in Menominee, Mi., she married Earl Younk on May 8, 1953 and they celebrated 65 years together.
A stay at home mom, she took care of her family, was a good cook and baker and was always trying something new. She also volunteered at NAMI for many years and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Younk; two children, Gregory (Shelly) Younk and Renee (Brenda) Bruhn; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
Visitation will be held at Jansen Fargo Funeral Home, 204 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly on Thursday, July 18 from 9 a.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Memorials can be made to NAMI.
