Dorothy M. (Gocht) Moen, 90, of Green Bay, formerly of Marinette, passed away, Monday, July 8, 2019.
Born in 1929 in Marinette, to the late George and Leone Gocht of Crivitz, she married Harlan Moen Sr., in 1949 and they moved to Suamico, where they raised their children until retiring to Green Bay.
She loved being surrounded by family, especially at the Holidays. Many of her children have an afghan crocheted by her and she is also known for her apple pies.
Survivors include seven children Sherry (Ted) Pappas, Sr., Linda (Joseph) Heiser, Harlan Jr. (Coleen) Moen, Mike Moen, Hank (Cindy) Moen, Ron (Teri) Moen and Tom (Mary) Moen; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Moen Sr.; two sons, Joseph and John Sr.; a sister, Ida and three brothers, Carl, Paul and George.
Visitation will be held at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., Green Bay on Friday, July 12 from 4 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 6 p.m.
