Virginia "Ginny" Hazel Dionne, 68, of Crivitz, passed away Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 at home with family by her side.
Born Jan. 2, 1951 in Oconto, to the late William and Janice (Wittkopf) Pillsbury, she worked at Elliot Glove Factory, Cruiser Yachts, The Platter Restaurant and was also a CNA in home health care.
She enjoyed her pets, fishing, watching the birds, deer and bear in her yard, feeding the Chipmunks, gardening, crocheting beautiful afghans and trying her luck at the casino, but mostly loved helping people.
Along with her husband, Douglas, she is survived by a son, Cory (Brenda) Fonder; a daughter, Stacey (Troy) Gabriel; one grandson; two brothers, Richard (Sue) Pillsbury and Robert (Karen) Pillsbury; a sister, Ginger (John) Younk; sisters-in-law, bothers-in-laws; many nieces and nephews and a dear, special friend, Nancy Urbanek.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Pillsbury; mother and step-father, Janice and Edgar Whiting; a sister, Victoria Campbell; a half-brother, Roger Pillsbury and a sister-in-law, Debbie Pillsbury.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will take place in the near future.
