Wroblewski Promoted to Senior Management Team

Justin Wroblewski, Vice President - Business Banking Officer and Retail Lending Manager, was recently promoted to the Senior Management Team at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT). He is responsible for providing guidance to prospective businesses and handling an existing commercial lending portfolio by delivering the right mix of banking solutions as well as overseeing and managing the retail lending team.

"He has been a dedicated member of our team for a decade and continues to take on new responsibilities and projects, which contributes to our overall success and vision of the bank. Wroblewski joined the Business Banking department in 2009 as a Credit Analyst and was quickly promoted to Business Banking Officer in 2012, then to Assistant Vice President in 2014, and to Vice President in 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University, is a graduate of UW-Madison School of Business Bank Leadership and the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. In addition, he has participated in the M&M Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy and Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations.
Wroblewski also received a diploma from the prestigious Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at UW-Madison. GSB uses a mix of lectures, bank simulations, case study discussions, and hands-on projects in order to focus on the management of strategic issues faced by banking industry professionals. Taking part in this program prepared him for joining the Senior Management team at SNBT.
He has been involved in leadership roles in the bank and in the community including the SNBT Wellness Committee member, Get Smart about Credit presenter, United Way board member, and Healthy Youth Coalition Board member.
