Jane (Burgert) Dreyer, 103, of Marinette passed away Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at the Luther Home in Marinette.
Born Feb. 11, 1916 in Oshkosh, she spent her early life in the Oshkosh and Neenah areas. On June 27, 1937, she married Lester F. Dreyer and they lived in Indiana before moving to Marinette in 1959.
They operated a farm in the Town of Porterfield until retiring in 1976. For many years she worked as a cook at the former Schreiner's and later Schloegel's restaurants in Marinette and she was a longtime member of Peace United Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons, Ralph (Carol) Dreyer of DePere and Phillip (Nancy) Dreyer of Peshtigo; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Linda Dreyer and a granddaughter, Debbie.
A private family service will be held at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home in Marinette with Pastor Linda Forray officiating.
