Norman A. Corbeille, 86, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 in his sleep.
Born Dec. 23, 1933 in Green Bay, to Norbert and Gertrude (Grady) Corbeille, he served with the United States Navy and after service, worked at Northwest Engineering. He then worked for Brown County Highway Department. On Jan. 28, 1956, he married Darlene Watermolen at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Howard.
A member of American Legion Post #66 Athelstane/Silver Cliff and #106 Seymour, he also belonged to the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree St. Jude Assembly.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene; four children, Daniel (Vickey) Corbeille, Margaret "Peggy" (Dan) Ellingson; Roberta "Robin" (Rodney) Huber and Joseph (Cheryl) Corbeille; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, David and Lonnie Corbeille; a brother, Norbert Jr.; parents-in-law, Clifford and Adeline Watermolen; a brother-in-law, Gerald (Judy) Watermolen; a sister-in-law, Barbara Watermolen and a nephew, Chad Corbeille.
Visitation will be held at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave. on Friday, March 6 from 5 p.m. until time of a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave. on Saturday, March 7 from 11 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at noon, with Rev. James Lucas officiating. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
