Rep. Mursau Receives "Friend of Grocers" Award

Representative Jeff Mursau (R-Crivitz) was presented with the "Friend of Grocers" Award today by the Wisconsin Grocers Association. The award was presented at Witt's Piggly Wiggly in Crivitz.
The "Friend of Grocers" award is given to legislators who score highly on the WGA's Legislative Report Card " an extensive study of all legislators' performance in the 2019-2020 Legislative Session. Lawmakers are graded according to their actions on certain issues that are especially important to the grocery industry, including: alcohol pickup and delivery, personal property tax repeal and several other key business issues.
This is the first Friend of Grocers Award Representative Mursau has received. "Rep. Mursau has been a strong supporter of small business issues in the Legislature," said Michelle Kussow, WGA Executive Vice President. "He does a great job representing grocers and all businesses in his district and we are pleased to recognize him with this award."
The award was presented to Rep. Mursau by Michelle Kussow, along with Robert Woulf, Rebecca Zillges, and Garett Witt from Witt's Piggly Wiggly.
