Christmas in the Park at Evergreen Campground

The Wausaukee Business Association is organizing the 3rd annual Christmas in the Park at Evergreen Campground. Any businesses, organizations or school groups are encouraged to participate. The fee is $20 which will be used in part to offset the cost of electricity.
There will be a slight difference in the location this year. It will be at Evergreen Campground. They will be setting up in the upper area, before going into the actual campground. Work was done in the area they used before and didn't want to destroy the area by having vehicles coming through in the winter.
Event rules:
*Sites will be assigned on Nov. 11. Persons will be notified of site via phone call. The sites must be completed before the event is open to the public. The event will be from Dec. 5 to Jan. 1. Each site will need a heavy duty extension cord to plug in to the electrical outlet for each display.
*Each display will be required to have timers for their lights. The timers will be set to come on at 3 p.m. and turn off at 11 p.m. No display should be on before Dec. 5. There will be an official lighting ceremony that afternoon. Details will be coming soon.
*The group or organization setting up the display is responsible for all items in the display. This includes purchasing supplies, lights, timers, etc.
*The group is responsible for all set up and take down of the display. Failure to do so will result in being banned from future events.
*Displays must be completed on or before Dec. 4 and taken down by Jan. 1.
This is a family/kid friendly event and all displays will be subject to approval from the Wausaukee Business Association. Any displays deemed inappropriate for any reason will be immediately taken down.
It is not necessary to submit a display plan or layout.
