Judith J. (Wolfe) Heckel, 82, of Marinette, passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 at The Cottages.
Born Oct. 2, 1938, to the late Carl and Margaret (Martz) Wolfe in Marinette, she graduated from Marinette High School in 1957 and married Joseph A. Heckel on Nov. 25, 1965 at Peace United Church of Christ in Marinette. She worked at Wisconsin Bell for over 20 years and Marinette Medical Clinic, Boren Clinic and Aurora Medical Center in Medical Records.
She loved time with her family, especially her grandchildren and also enjoyed her dogs and collecting Christmas ornaments and Precious Moments figurines. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph; a son, Jay (Boni) Heckel of Marinette; a daughter, Jolene (Ted) Oeffler of Eau Claire; a brother, Ross (Holly) Wolfe of Menominee and five grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roland "Rollie" Wolfe and Harold "Bud" Wolfe and a sister, Marge Haines.
Visitation was held at Thielen Funeral Home in Marinette on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 3 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 4 p.m., with Pastor Linda Forray Officiating.
