Darryl G. Woodworth, 78, of the Town of Stiles, passed away Friday, Nov. 20, 2020 after a courageous 11 month battle with cancer.
Born July 12, 1942, to the late George Woodworth and Merle Rosenberg, he served in the United States Army.
He enjoyed playing the dobro, cooking, fishing and gardening, but especially spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Survivors include a sister, Pepper (Jerry) Davis, Granbury, Tx.; three sons, Mike Woodworth, Oconto Falls and Matthew Woodworth and John Woodworth, both of Stiles; two daughters, Ashley (Jake) Blaser, Taylors, S.C. and Anna (Casey) Chevalier, Greenville, S.C.; nine grandchildren and many other family members; friends and neighbors.
Besides his parents, George Woodworth and Dan and Merle Rosenberg, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Woodworth; a daughter Tyrelle (Woodworth) Kozlowski and a son, Justin Woodworth.
Per his wishes, no services will be held. Burial will be held at a later date at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Oconto Falls. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family.
