John A. Lewis, 62, of Oconto, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2020 at Bellin in Green Bay.
Born Sept. 13, 1958, to the late Michael and Judy (Ryan) Lewis in Menominee, Mi., he graduated from Marinette High School in 1977 and worked as an auto mechanic at Sears in Marinette and at Rodman Industries for over 10 years.
He enjoyed playing darts, fishing, playing softball and coaching both softball and baseball and was a big Packers fan.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Terry Lewis of Marinette; a son, Dan (Lisa) Lewis of Oshkosh; a daughter, Leah (Jon) Biehl of Marinette; his step-father, Darrell Ethington of Marinette; a step-sister, Laurie (Tom) Zaddack of New London and two grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Mike Lewis, Billy and Ricky John; and sisters, Kim Lewis and Vicky John.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Thielen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
