THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
To Seat James Heyroth On Coleman Board
Issue Date: December 2, 2020
Newly appointed trustee James Heyroth will be officially seated at the Coleman Village Board meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7. Heyroth was appointed to the board in November to fill a trustee position vacated by Chad Mursau, who resigned because he was moving out of the village.
Heyroth has long been active in the community, and served as Coleman High School Band Director for 31 years before he retired in June of 2018. He is expected to be a candidate for a full term on the Village Board at the elections in April.
Other agenda items for the board on Dec. 7 include approval of operator licenses, financial reports, possibly building permits and various reports from committees, police department, fire department and building inspector.
The Parks and Recreation Committee notes that the official Village Christmas Tree is all decorated. Christmas trees along Old Hwy. 141 at the Coleman Ball Field have been assigned and most of them are decorated.
